Custom Orders

Custom Orders
Every arrangement is custom-designed and created specifically for you. All requested pickup and delivery dates are subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking.

Deposit Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your deposit reserves your event date, floral inventory, and design time. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Orders that are not paid in full by the deadline may be canceled.

Order Changes & Rescheduling
Any requests to modify or reschedule your order must be submitted in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Finalization
All order details—including design selections, pickup or delivery preference, scheduled time, and delivery address (if applicable)—must be finalized no later than 24 hours before your requested date.

Rush Orders
Same-day and rush orders are accepted on a limited basis depending on availability and are subject to an additional rush fee.

Please ensure the delivery address and recipient information are accurate. BRose Floral Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
